For the past 17 years, I have worked in the Fertility Awareness space and have experience coaching women from puberty through perimenopause. As a Fertility Awareness Instructor, Holistic Nutrition Professional, and Hormone Health Coach, I can help you understand how your feminine body works, plan your family naturally, and balance your hormones so that you can enjoy a healthy, fertile, and pain-free cycle.
